About these terms

These terms apply to the use of PipeLaunch, an app for Pipedrive by CyberMatic, located at Hofmanweg 5A, 2031 BH Haarlem, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96925469 (VAT NL867835965B01). By installing or using PipeLaunch you agree to these terms.

PipeLaunch is a business service: you use the app on behalf of a company or organisation, not as a consumer.

The service

PipeLaunch runs as a panel inside Pipedrive. You use it to build configurable buttons: launch buttons that send a webhook to an external system, and link buttons that open a URL with deal fields filled in. The full workings are described in the documentation.

Account and use

• You install PipeLaunch through your Pipedrive account (OAuth). You are responsible for the access of your own users and for managing seats.
• You use the app only for legitimate business purposes and within the law, including the GDPR for the data in your Pipedrive.
• You do not circumvent limits (such as the number of buttons or seats on Free) and do not put unnecessary load on the service.
• You keep your messaging API key secret and rotate it if you suspect it has leaked.

Buttons and webhooks

You decide per button which deal, organisation and person fields go into the payload and which endpoint it is sent to. You are responsible for those endpoints (for example Make, Zapier, n8n or your own API), including the agreements with those parties about the data you send there.

• Launch buttons execute what you configure. Check your webhook URLs and payloads before putting a button into use; we are not responsible for what an external system does with a call.
• Headers you set may contain secrets, such as an API key of a third party. We store that configuration to run the button; only use keys you manage and can revoke yourself.
• You do not use buttons for unlawful purposes, such as attacking or overloading third-party systems.

Subscriptions and seats

• Free is free and has no time limit: 1 user and up to 5 launch buttons.
• Team costs €12 per seat per month, or €120 per seat per year (2 months free): unlimited users and buttons, plus button groups and visibility rules.
• You choose and change your plan in the panel, under My subscription. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• If our prices change, we tell you beforehand and the change only applies from your next renewal.

Payment and invoicing

• Payments run through Mollie: iDEAL and, for subscriptions, automatic direct debit (SEPA).
• All prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT; the VAT amount is shown separately on the invoice. After each successful payment you automatically receive an invoice at the administrative email address you provide.
• If a payment fails, we contact you. If payment remains outstanding, we may move the subscription back to Free.

Availability and support

We do our best to keep PipeLaunch continuously available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The app depends on third-party services, such as the Pipedrive API and the endpoints you connect; outages there carry through into the app. Where possible we schedule maintenance outside office hours.

Support runs through info@cybermatic.nl. We respond on business days, usually within one business day.

Intellectual property

All rights to PipeLaunch (software, design, documentation and brand name) belong to CyberMatic. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app. Your button configurations remain yours.

Liability

We provide PipeLaunch as is. Our total liability for damages connected to the app is limited per event (a series of related events counts as one event) to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before that event.

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profit or loss of data, nor for the consequences of actions external systems perform after a webhook you configured. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.

Cancellation and termination

You can remove PipeLaunch at any time through the Pipedrive Marketplace. A paid subscription then runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Amounts already paid are not refunded.

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of abuse or non-payment. If we discontinue the service ourselves, we give you at least 30 days notice.

If you remove the app, the connection with your Pipedrive (the OAuth tokens) is deleted automatically right away. We delete remaining account data on request; email info@cybermatic.nl. See also the privacy statement.

Changes

We may update these terms, for example for new features or changed regulations. We announce material changes beforehand through the app or by email. If you keep using the app afterwards, the new terms apply. The current version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the court of Noord-Holland, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
