Frequently asked questions
Do I need a KvK API key?
No. PipeEnrich uses our access to the official KvK API. You install the app in Pipedrive and you are ready right away.
What counts as a billable lookup?
Only a new fetch from the KvK costs a credit. Repeated lookups from the cache or the archive are free.
Does it work with my existing fields?
Yes. You map each KvK field to an existing Pipedrive organisation field and keep full control over what gets overwritten.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions are cancelled at the end of the period. You keep access until the end of the paid month, at no further cost.
What about VAT and invoices?
Prices are excl. 21% VAT. After each payment you automatically receive a clean invoice at your administrative email address.
