Questions about pricing
What exactly is a "lookup"?
A lookup is one new fetch of a KvK base profile from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. If the profile comes from our cache or archive, it is free and costs no credit.
How do seats work?
Credits are granted per seat per month. A seat is a Pipedrive user who does billable lookups. Free is limited to 1 seat; paid tiers scale with your team.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a separate credit pack (valid as long as your subscription runs) or upgrade to a higher tier. You always stay in control: extra credits are never charged without your request.
Can I up- or downgrade mid-term?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately with proration of what you have already paid. We schedule a downgrade neatly at your next renewal, so you do not lose the current period.
Monthly or annual?
Paying annually = 10× the monthly price, in other words two months free. Monthly is fully flexible and cancellable per period.
Are prices incl. or excl. VAT?
All listed prices are excl. 21% VAT. The VAT amount is shown separately on your invoice.
