Terms of Service
The agreements for using PipeEnrich: what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.

About these terms
These terms apply to the use of PipeEnrich, an app for Pipedrive by CyberMatic, located at Hofmanweg 5A, 2031 BH Haarlem, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96925469 (VAT NL867835965B01). By installing or using PipeEnrich you agree to these terms.
PipeEnrich is a business service: you use the app on behalf of a company or organisation, not as a consumer.
The service
PipeEnrich runs as a panel inside Pipedrive and enriches your organisations with data from the Dutch Business Register, fetched through the official KvK API. You decide through the field mapping which data is written to which Pipedrive fields; without an active mapping the app writes nothing. The full workings are described in the documentation.
Account and use
- You install PipeEnrich through your Pipedrive account (OAuth). You are responsible for the access of your own users.
- You use the app only for legitimate CRM purposes and within the law, including the GDPR for the data in your Pipedrive.
- You do not circumvent limits (such as credits or seats) and do not put unnecessary load on the service, for example through automated mass use outside the bulk features.
- The app is meant to enrich your own CRM, not to systematically copy the Business Register or resell KvK data as a standalone dataset.
Subscriptions and credits
PipeEnrich has four plans: Free (25 credits), Starter (50), Professional (200) and Business (750), each per seat per calendar month. One credit equals one new fetch of a KvK base profile; repeated lookups of the same profile come from the cache and are free.
- Credits reset per calendar month; unused credits do not carry over.
- On Professional and Business you can buy separate credit packs.

- If our prices change, we tell you beforehand and the change only applies from your next renewal.
Payment and invoicing
- Payments run through Mollie: iDEAL and, for subscriptions, automatic direct debit (SEPA).
- All prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT; the VAT amount is shown separately on the invoice. After each successful payment you automatically receive an invoice at the administrative email address you provide.
- Upgrades are settled immediately (proration); a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, we contact you. If payment remains outstanding, we may move the subscription back to Free.
Availability and support
We do our best to keep PipeEnrich continuously available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The app depends on third-party services, such as the Pipedrive API and the KvK API; outages there carry through into the app. Where possible we schedule maintenance outside office hours.
Support runs through info@cybermatic.nl. We respond on business days, usually within one business day.
Your data and KvK data
The data in your Pipedrive remains yours. The app reads and writes only what is needed for the features you use; how we handle data is described in the privacy statement.
We deliver KvK data as the Business Register returns it. We do not guarantee that this data is error-free, complete or up to date; verify important data yourself before basing decisions on it.
Intellectual property
All rights to PipeEnrich (software, design, documentation and brand name) belong to CyberMatic. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
Liability
We provide PipeEnrich as is. Our total liability for damages connected to the app is limited per event (a series of related events counts as one event) to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before that event.
We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profit, loss of data or damage from decisions based on Business Register data. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.
Cancellation and termination
You can remove PipeEnrich at any time through the Pipedrive Marketplace. A paid subscription then runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of abuse or non-payment. If we discontinue the service ourselves, we give you at least 30 days notice.
After termination we delete your account data on request; email info@cybermatic.nl. See also the privacy statement.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example for new features or changed regulations. We announce material changes beforehand through the app or by email. If you keep using the app afterwards, the new terms apply. The current version is always on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the court of Noord-Holland, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
